Everything! The staff were so friendly, very helpful and the language barrier was not a problem since a translator was available. Room was clean, perfect size for a solo traveler and location perfect - Seven-11 just across the road, Tokyo Dome three minutes away and 10 minutes to the nearest train station. Free drinks and breakfast available every day at certain times which you can take to your room.

Breakfast was just pastries, but they kept it well stocked. Staff was exceptional and bent over backward to please. The location was very near a transportation hub. Two convenience stores nearby. They had laundry on site which was really good for the long stay we did. Would definitely stay again.

I like that they gave free breakfast and amenities they will Change your towel every day without fail. Friendly staff and they will try their best to help and assist.

Simple but clean business hotel. Location is nice, metro and train station is near , shops and diners are near. Convenient place

The price was very generous given the location and the room was very clean. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Excellent staff and amenities. The breakfast was 11/10 awesome (salmon every morning whaaat?!?). They offer a massive range of high quality toiletries and the location was perfect for seeing all of Tokyo. They also offer and range of free drinks that was a nice bonus. The rooms are tiny but who goes to Tokyo to be in the room?
